Our standard fee is $750.
Our standard fee does not include information search fees we incur as a normal incident of the conveyancing process.
Those fees are likely to be around $300.
They are set by the information broker we use and we merely pass them on to you.

The fees and information supplier in the table were for one particular property. The prices and the information supplier for your property may be different.
There are other certificates that can be obtained and not all the certificates in the standard set need to be obtained, strictly speaking.
If you, as purchaser, elect to put a caveat on the property (as a hindrance to a vendor gazumping you), add the $99.50
the LPI will charge for lodging it (in the fees brochure it comes under "Dealings other than transfers").
Nor does our standard fee include the cost of any other certificate or report you want to (but need not strictly speaking) obtain,
e.g. engineering reports, pest inspections, surveyors' reports, or building certificates.
